Account information
Folivento receives your Google subject identifier, email, name and avatar to sign you in. Your public profile is separate from your login information.
Pages and media
Draft documents are available to their owner. Publishing makes selected content public. Images are stored in Cloudflare R2. When a public media domain is enabled, anyone with an image URL can access it, including images used in drafts.
Basic analytics
We record page views and link clicks, approximate country, source hostname, device, browser and operating system. Raw IP addresses and full user-agent strings are not stored in the analytics table. A monthly, page-specific HMAC derived from IP and user agent estimates visitors; this is pseudonymous information.
Cookies and third parties
A necessary session cookie keeps you signed in. Folivento uses Google Analytics to measure website usage; Google may use analytics cookies and process usage data. Google handles identity login. Video thumbnails request YouTube resources. Clicking a YouTube card opens YouTube and is counted as a link click.
Retention and deletion
Analytics details are kept for 90 days when scheduled maintenance runs. Account deletion immediately disables sessions and the page. Scheduled cleanup removes content, media and Google identity links after 7 days; the username and minimal audit identity stay reserved. Backup deletion follows the operator’s actual rotation schedule.
